How will I receive my template?

After purchase, you will receive the template links to Canva via digital pdf which shows a create link button.

Will I be able to customize the templates to match my brand?

Yes! You can easily customize the templates using the Canva app, the simplest designing tool on the market right now. You can change colors, pictures, backgrounds, and fonts. However, it is better to fill them up with your content, than to massively redesign them.

Can I edit the templates in Canva?

Yes, the templates are fully customisable & editable in canva from fonts, images and layouts too.

Can I print the templates in Canva?

Yes, after customising & editing in canva, the digital templates can be printed as pdf, jpeg, png or whichever download file support is available on canva.

Is Canva free to use?

You can edit templates using a free Canva account. You don't need to upgrade to Canva Pro to use them. However, we personally think it is worth upgrading if you plan to edit and post frequently.

What if I don't like the templates, can I get a refund?

Due to the product's digital nature, our social media templates are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are possible. But we are certain, that you will love them as much as we worked hard to create them for you.
